Návrh automatizace výroby

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem automatizace výroby pro vybraná pracoviště strojního lisování žárovzdorných materiálů ve výrobním podniku. V úvodu práce je představena společnost P-D Refractories CZ a.s. a průmyslová oblast výroby, kterou se firma zabývá. První část práce popisuje problematiku automatizace a průmyslových robotů. Další část práce analyzuje stávající výrobu v podniku se zaměřením na pracoviště vybraná k automatizaci. Na základě analýzy a definovaných okrajových podmínek jsou navržena automatizovaná pracoviště, jejich zařízení a technicko-organizační opatření, která je nutné zrealizovat se zavedením automatizovaných pracovišť. V závěrečné části práce je provedeno technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení vybraného návrhu.This diploma thesis deals with the design of production automation for selected workplaces of mechanical pressing refractory materials in the production company. At the beginning of thesis are described company P-D Refractories CZ a.s. and industrial production area that the company deals with. The first part of thesis describes the issues of automation and industrial robots. The next part analyzes the current production in the company with a focus on workplaces selected for automation. Based on the analysis and defined boundary conditions, automated workplaces, their equipment and technical-organizational precautions are designed. These technical-organizational measures must be implemented with the installation of automated workplaces. In the final part of the thesis a technical-economic evaluation of the selected proposal is done.
