Abstract

Bytový dům je situován v ulici Dusíkova v historickém centru Čáslavi. Objekt navazuje na stávající zástavbu. Ze strany od náměstí, u městské hradby, vzniká prostorný přístup k bytovému domu. Vedle něj je i příjezd k autovýtahu, který obsluhuje dvě podzemní podlaží parkingu. Dům má čtyři nadzemní podlaží. V přízemí domu se nachází nebytový prostor a domovní vybavení, ve zbylých nadzemních podlažích je celkem devět bytových jednotek. Poslední podlaží je ustoupené směrem k náměstí, čímž vznikají terasy s výhledem na město.The apartment house is located in Dusíkova Street in the historic center of city Čáslav. The building follows on from the surrounding buildings. From the side of the square, by the city wall, there is spacious access to the apartment building. Next to it, there is also an access road to the car lift, which goes to the two underground floors of the parking. The house has four stories above ground. There is a commercial space and hallway of the apartment house on the ground floor of the building. There are nine apartments on the upper three floors. The last floor has terraces towards the city square, which offer a view of the city.
