Uplatnění vícekriteriálního rozhodování ve společnosti Ferro OK, s.r.o.

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh na zavedení metody vícekriteriálního rozhodování ve společnosti Ferro OK, s.r.o. První část je teoretická a obsahuje popis vícekriteriálního rozhodování a jeho jednotlivých metod, včetně popisu vybírané technologie. Ve druhé části, která je analytická, je zdůvodněna potřeba aplikace vícekriteriálního rozhodování v dané společnosti. V poslední, návrhové části je konkrétní problém řešen vybranou metodou vícekriteriálního rozhodování a jsou shrnuty výsledky.The subject of this thesis deals with application of method of multi-criteria decision making in the company Ferro OK Ltd. The first part is theoretical and contains a description of multi-criteria decision-making and its various methods with included technology description. The second part deals with a need of application of multi-criteria decision-making in the company. And in the last part, there is a specific problem solved by the chosen method of multi-criteria decision making and the results are summarizes.
