Chemie v medicíně a biomedicínském inženýství

Abstract

Cílem práce bylo vybrat blízkou oblast medicíny nebo biomedicínského inže-nýrství a vypracovat souhrnný text využití biochemických a chemických metod v těchto oborech. Vybrala jsem si téma Diabetes mellitus typu I. Vypracovala jsem souhrnný text na dané téma, jako teoretickou část a navrhla jsem názornou úlohu pro cvičení z chemie, biochemie či fyzikální chemie. Ke každé úloze jsem vypracovalapodrobný návod a krátký teoretický úvod k úloze. Návody jsou přiloženy v přílohách. Na závěr jsem vytvořila multimediální výukovou prezentaci využití těchto znalostí v praxi. Prezentace je k práci přiložena na CD.The main purpose of this thesis is to create the complex description for some of biochemical and chemical methods and mainly their utilization in a close branch of medicine or biomedical engineering. The discussed topic for applying mentioned methods is Diabetes mellitus type I. The thesis contains theoretic part with terms explanation and the next part is assigned for practice exercises from chemistry, bio-chemistry or physical chemistry. Each exercise has theoretic brief introduction fol-lowing with detail implementation instructions in the attachment. Apart from this text I have created the multimedia didactic presentation as a guide of this knowledge in practice. The presentation is attached on the CD.
