Spolehlivost prokovů u desek plošných spojů při pájení přetavením

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je přiblížit čtenářům desky plošných spojů společně s chybami, které se na deskách mohou objevit. V teoretické části bude uveden popis desky, metody, jakými se desky vyrábí a chyby, jež mohou nastat. V praktické (experimentální) části je popsáno pracoviště, na kterém byla zkoumána spolehlivost prokovů a zhodnocení naměřených hodnot. Ekonomická část obsahuje porovnání, zda je výhodnější součástky z desky při prasknutí prokovu odpájet a znovu použít nebo koupit součástky nové.The goal of this bachelor thesis is to intruduce the printed circuit boards to the reader together with the defects that can appear within these boards. In the theoretical part, there will be the subscription of printed circuit boards, methods of production and possible defects. In the practical part, there is a subscription of the working place on which was the reliability of repetitive heating of vias and the evaluation of the measured data researched. The Economical part includes a comparison of different ways of reparation of defected printed circuit boards.
