Systém vyhledávání a filtrováni pro HelpStone.org

Abstract

Práce popisuje implementaci vyhledávání neziskových, vícejazyčných projektů na mezinárodní platformě HelpStone.org. Hlavním tématem je vyhledávání ve strukturovaných a textových datech, které mají varianty v mnoha, potencionálně všech, jazycích. Vyhledávání zvládá práci s afixy, překlepy, synonymy a zvládá full-textové vyhledávání v etadatech jako jsou kategorie nebo země. Jádrem vyhledávání je open source technologie Elasticsearch, distribuovaný vyhledávací nástroj založený na technologii Lucene. Dalšími použitými technologiemi jsou PHP, Symfony Framework a Doctrine ORM.This thesis describes implementation of search on international crowdfunding platform HelpStone.org. The main issue being addressed is searching among structured and text data with translations in many, potentially all, languages. This search is able to handle different forms of the same word, typos, synonyms and full-text search in metadata like categories or countries. The core of the solution is an open source technology Elasticsearch, distributed search engine based on Lucene. Other technologies used are PHP, Symfony Framework and Doctrine ORM.
