Analýza ohybové tuhosti páteře po provedení lumbální intervertebrální fúze

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou mechanických vlastností prasečích páteřních segmentů, do nichž byly implantovány náhrady navržené pro vylepšení kostní intervertebrální fúze. V rámci teoretické části práce jsou popsány defekty páteře, kostní náhrady a problematika spinální fúze. Experimentální část práce se pak věnuje ohybové zkoušce páteří se zamezením osového namáhání. Zkoumanými mechanickými vlastnostmi byly tuhost páteřních vzorků při extenzi a maximální ohybový moment potřebný k destrukci páteře. Získané hodnoty tuhostí při extenzi byly podrobeny statistickým testům.The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the mechanical properties of spinal segments into which substitutes intended for bone intervertebral fusion were implanted. The theoretical part describes the defects of the spine, bone substitutes and the spinal fusion. The experiment was a pure bending test without axial loading of spines. The parameters evaluated were the stiffness of the spinal specimens at extension and the maximum bending moment required to destruct the spine. The obtained stiffness values were subjected to statistical tests.
