Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh rodinného domu pro mladou tříčlennou rodinu v lokalitě Praha - Lochkov, která očekává příchod druhého potomka. Otec rodiny se stará o svého slepého bratra s omezeným sluchem, proto pro něj bylo potřeba do návrhu domu zahrnout samostatnou bytovou jednotku. Parcela, na které je dům navržen, je s mírným svahem, přirozeně propojená s přírodou, jelikož ze severní a západní strany sousedí s přírodní rezervací Slavičí údolí. Záměrem vypracování bylo navrhnout nízkoenergetický dům využívající potenciál své parcely a uspokojující potřeby rodiny. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - architektonická a technická.This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a single-family house for a young family of three in the city of Prague, „Lochkov” region, who are expecting the arrival of a second child. The head of the family takes care of his blind brother with limited hearing, so it was necessary to include a separate living unit in the house design. The plot on which the house was designed has a gentle slope, is naturally with the landscape and borders north and west with the nature reserve „Slavičí údolí“. The idea behind this work was to design a low-energy house using the potential of its plot and meeting the needs of the family. The thesis is divided into two parts - an architectonic and a technical part.
