Objekty sportovní a veřejné vybavenosti - Centrum Nové Klecany

Abstract

Předmětem diplomní práce je návrh sportovní haly a přilehlého veřejného prostranství v nově navržené příměstské čtvrti obce klecany. Čtvrť Horní Klecany byla předmětem návrhu předdiplomního projektu, kde byla za úkol revitalizace brownfieldu vojenských kasáren. Výsledkem návrhu bylo území se zastavěností primárně bytovými objekty s doplňkovou zachovanou funkcí lehkého průmyslu. Tato diplomová práce si bere za cíl návrh zařízení a prostor pro atraktivní trávení volného času, která se skládají z hlavního objektu centra čtvrti Nové Klecany a od toho se odvíjí funkční náplň i forma těchto objektů a prostranství. Hlavní objekt, který je předmětem návrhu byl navržen, jako sportovní hala pro rekreační a tréninkové účely. Prostorové a hmotové řešení reaguje na okolní parter a znázorňuje vnitřní provozní řešení. hmotové členění fasády reflektuje jednotlivá sportoviště s průsvitnou fasádou zajišťující ideální poměr soukromí aktivity a částečného zapojení a ovlivnění kolemjdoucích sportovním duchem. Mimo hmoty sportovišť tvoří fasádu čiré sklo, kterým vznikají průhledy skrze celý objekt s ještě výraznějsím podpořením zmíněného efektu začlenění. Cílem vzezření budovy je právě snaha o potlačení vizuálních a tím i mentálních bariér mezi provozem budovy a okolním veřejným prostorem za zachování určitého soukromí sportovišŤ. Vizuální zapojení sportovního dění do života v parteru ovlivnůje kvalitně, jak sportovce, tak obyvatele v parteru. Kromě vztahu mezi interiérem a exteriérem i samotný provoz je navržen s důrazem na pocit člověka uvnitř budovy. Cílem konceptu vnitřního prostoru je posílení interakcí mezi uživateli, ať už sportovci, nebo návštěvníky baru. Navržení společného prostoru, který návštěvníci a sportovci sdílejí za vytvoření pocitu komunity je kvůli lokaci v centru nezbytnost oproti tradičním přístupům k zařízení se sportovní funkcí, které mají s ohledem na sportovní funkci zpravidla silně utilitární pojetí vnitřních prostor a často blokového provozního řešení.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a sports hall and adjacent public space in the newly designed suburban district of Klecany. The Horní Klecany district was the subject of a pre-diploma project, where the task was to revitalize the brownfield of military barracks. The result of the design was an area with a built-up area primarily of residential buildings with an additional preserved function of light industry. This diploma thesis aims to design equipment and space for attractive leisure time, which consists of the main building in the center of Nové Klecany and from this derives the functional content and form of these buildings and spaces. The main building, which is the subject of this diploma thesis, was designed as a sports hall for recreational and training purposes. The spatial and mass solution responds to the surrounding ground floor and shows the internal operational solution. the material division of the façade reflects the individual sports with a translucent façade ensuring an ideal ratio of privacy of the activity and partial involvement and influence of passers-by by the sporting spirit. Apart from the mass of sports grounds, the façade is made of clear glass, which creates vistas through the entire building with even more significant support for the aforementioned effect of integration. The aim of the building‘s appearance is precisely the effort to suppress visual and thus mental barriers between the operation of the building and the surrounding public space while maintaining certain privacy of the sports grounds. The visual involvement of sports events in life on the ground floor has a positive effect on both athletes and residents on the ground floor. In addition to the relationship between interior and exterior, the function of interior itself is designed with an emphasis on the feeling of a person inside the building. The aim of the concept of interior space is to strengthen interactions between users, whether athletes or visitors to the bar. Designing a common space that visitors and athletes share to create a sense of community is necessary due to its location in the center, as opposed to traditional approaches to sports facilities, which usually have a strongly utilitarian concept of indoor spaces and often block operating solutions.
