Vytvoření databáze nástrojů pro soustružení

Abstract

Volba konkrétního způsobu obrábění závisí na mnoho faktorech. Vytvoření jakékoliv součásti je tak možné mnoho způsoby. Bakalářská práce se zabývá soustružnickými nástroji a jejich databází. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní pojmy a definice, stručný popis obrábění i databází a podrobnější popis podstatnějších částí. Postupně jsou představeny nejvyužívanější metody obrábění a jejich principy. Dále je zde popis obráběcích nástrojů a vyměnitelných břitových destiček včetně jejich značení. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá návrhem databáze pro soustružnické nástroje, jejich kombinacemi a technologickými možnostmi. V závěrečné kapitole jsou uvedeny jednotlivé části databáze.The choice of a particular method of metal cutting depends on many factors. The creation of any part can be done in many ways. This bachelor thesis deals with turning tools and their database. The theoretical part is focused on basic concepts and definitions, a brief description of machining and databases and more detailed description of more substantial parts. Gradually I introduce the method of metal cutting and its principles. There is also in the first part description of machining tools and replaceable inserts including their designation. The practical part of the bachelor thesis deals with cike design of database of turning tools, their combination and technological possibitities. The final for chapter introduces the individual objects database.
