Projektový plán basketbalového turnaje

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovým managementem, a to zejména fází plánování projektu. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny a popsány pojmy a metody projektového řízení, s důrazem kladeným na plánování. V praktické části jsou tyto metody aplikovány na konkrétní projekt basketbalového turnaje. Cílem a výstupem této práce je ucelený projektový plán, na jehož základě je možné zrealizovat basketbalový turnaj, nebo který může posloužit jako vzor či inspirace při realizaci podobné sportovní akce.This bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of project management, especially on the planning phase of a project. In the theoretical part terms and methods of project management are described and explained, with emphasis on planning. Those are applied later in practical part, which is focused on the project of basketball tournament. The main objective of this thesis, and the output of it as well, is a complex project plan, which can be used as a guide or an inspiration for realisation of basketball tournament or similar sports events.
