Zavedení standardizované zdravotní výbavy jednotlivce u složek Integrovaného záchranného systému

Abstract

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení možnosti zavádět standardizovanou zdravotní výbavu jednotlivce u složek Integrovaného záchranného systému dle platných doporučených postupů pro poskytování přednemocniční neodkladné péče v taktickém prostředí. Práce se skládá z teoretické a empirické části. Teoretická část se zabývá současným stavem dané problematiky a materiálového vybavení. Jsou popsány hlavní systémy poskytování přednemocniční péče v taktickém civilním a vojenském prostředí a hlavní rozdíly mezi těmito směry. Dále je popsán algoritmus používaný v těchto systémech a jednotlivé fáze, koncept zdravotního výcviku v armádě České republiky a vybraných hlavních složkách Integrovaného záchranného systému. Nakonec je popsáno základní vybavení osobní lékárničky používané ve vojenském prostředí. V empirické části práce je analyzován a vyhodnocen systém spolupráce složek integrovaného záchranného systému při postupu ošetřování zraněných v krizové situaci prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření je zjišťován, interpretován a následně vyhodnocován zájem příslušníků Integrovaného záchranného systému o navrhovanou výbavu. V závěru práce jsou, na základě výsledků empirické části, navržena doporučení, která přispějí ke zlepšení šance na přežití zachránce, pokud během zásahu v nebezpečném prostředí utrží závažná poranění.The main goal of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the possibility of introducing standardized individual first aid kit to the elements of rescue services according to the valid recommended procedures for providing pre-hospital emergency care in a tactical environment. The thesis consists of theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part describes a current state of the problem. The main systems of providing pre-hospital care in a tactical civilian and military environment and the main differences between these systems are described. Furthermore, the algorithm used in these systems and the individual phases, the concept of medical training in the army of the Czech Republic and selected units of the emergency services are described. Finally, the basic equipment of a personal first aid kit used in a military environment is described. The empirical part of this thesis analyzes and evaluates the system of cooperation of the elements of the rescue services through SWOT analysis. With the questionnaire survey, the interest of members of the emergency services in the proposed equipment is ascertained, interpreted, and subsequently evaluated. At the end of the thesis, based on the results of the empirical part, recommendations are proposed that will contribute to improving the chances of survival of the rescuer, if he or she suffers serious injuries during an intervention in a dangerous environment.
