Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je navržení rodinného domu o dvou bytových jednotkách v obci Býšť v Pardubickém kraji. Návrh se snaží respektovat charakter okolní vesnické zástavby a vlastní hmotou pracovat s rozlehlým a terénně komplikovaným pozemkem. Objekt se skládá ze dvou základních částí: hlavní hmota - hlavní byt pro čtyřčlennou rodinu a vedlejší hmota - menší pronajímatelný byt a garáž s dílnou. Toto rozvržení je reflektováno také v materiálovém řešení fasád. Hlavní myšlenkou je vytvoření hmotového propojení, které tvoří společný krytý vstup pod terasou menšího bytu. Tento prvek zároveň slouží jako oddělení obou domácností, které může měnit svou funkci v závislosti na vztazích obyvatel domu.The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to design a family house with two residential units in the Býšť Village in the Pardubice Region. The concept strives to carefully integrate the mass of the building in this complex uneven area while maintaining the character of the surrounding village district. The building consists of two parts: the main mass - the main apartment for a family of four and the secondary mass - a smaller rentable apartment and a garage with a workroom. This principle is also reflected in the materials used on the facades. The main idea is to connect the two masses by an entrance roofed with the smaller apartment's terrace. This element is also used to separate the two households, its function can change depending on the relationships of the inhabitants of the two parts.
