Zdravotnické centrum Letňany

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh zdravotnického centra v nově navrženém území Avia parku Letňany. Navrhovaná stavba se nachází téměř uprostřed území, podél stávající ulice Beranových. Součástí návrhu je i přilehlý parkovací dům, který bude využíván i uživateli okolních staveb. Primární funkcí zdravotnického centra bude ambulantní zdravotní péče řady lékařských oborů a abmulantní rehabiliační oddělení s bazénem a vodoléčbou. Další části tvoří komerční prostory a kavárna v přízemí a administrativní zázemí a laboratoře biochemie a hematologie v pátém podlaží. Budova zdravotnického centra má tvar písmena L a svou kratší stranou je napojena na parkovací dům ve tvaru provoúhlého lichoběžníku, který je jakousi spirálou tvořenou parkovacími rampami. Obě budovy jsou pětipodlažní, s rozdílnou konstrukční výškou a navazují na urbanistické řešení navržené v předdiplomním projektu.The task of this diploma thesis is the design of a health center in the newly designed area of Avia park Letňany. The proposed building is located almost in the middle of the area along the existing street Beranových. Part of the design is an adjacent parking house, which will be used by users of surrounding buildings. The primary function of the health center will be ambulant health care of a many medical fields and ambulant rehabilitation department with pool and hydroterapy. Other parts consist of commercial premises and a café on the ground floor and administrative part, a laboratory of biochemistry and hematology on the fifth floor. The health center building is L-shaped and its shorter side is connected to a parking house which is in the shape of a rectangular trapezoid, that is a spiral formed by parking ramps. Both buildings are five-storey, with a different construction height and follow up on the urban design proposed in the pre-diploma project.
