Abstract

ANOTACE Zadaným tématem bakalářské práce bylo zpracování architektonické studie rodinného domu pro manželský pár s dvěma dětmi. Pozemek pro výstavbu rodinného domu se nachází v Praze 6 v katastrálním území Dejvice v ulici V Šáreckém údolí. Je to klidná část se spoustou zeleně, kde se nachází jak novostavby, tak i stávající zástavba. Dům je umístěn na mírně svažité parcele a celý prostor zahrady se otevírá směrem na sever. Rodinný dům má jedno podzemní podlaží s technickým zázemím a společenským prostorem a jedno nadzemní podlaží, kde se nachází obytný prostor. Rodinný dům není podsklepený. Konstrukčně stavba využívá systému příčných nosných stěn. Stavba bude provedena monolitickou stavební technologií.ABSTRACT The assigned topic of the bachelor's thesis was the elaboration of an architectural study of a family house for a married couple with two children. The land for the construction of a family house is located in Prague 6 in the cadastral area of Dejvice in V Šáreckém údolí Street. It is a quiet part with lots of greenery, where there are both new buildings and existing buildings. The house is located on a slightly sloping plot and the entire garden opens to the north. The family house has one underground floor with technical facilities and social space and one above-ground floor, where there is a living space. The family house does not have a basement. Structurally, the building uses a system of transverse load-bearing walls. The construction will be carried out using monolithic construction technology.
