Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá několika variantami využití rodinného domu z roku 1960 z ekonomického a energetického hlediska na základě současných požadavků. Cílem je analyzovat a porovnat tři varianty využití objektu, kterými jsou návrh úsporných opatření, demolice původního objektu a výstavba nového z lodních kontejnerů a ocenění nemovitosti s následným prodejem a koupí bytu.
The diploma thesis deals with several variants of the use of a 1960 family house from the economic and energy point of view based on the current requirements. The aim is to analyse and compare three options for the use of the building, which are the design of energy saving measures, the demolition of the original building and the construction of a new one from shipping containers, and the valuation of the property with the subsequent sale and purchase of the apartment.
