Abstract
Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnotit stav řízení procesu výroby ve společnosti Slévárna - ZPS, a.s. a navrhnout případné doporučení pro zvýšení efektivnosti řízení. Výchozí bod je analýza současného stavu řízení procesu výroby, spolu uvedenou teorií. Návrhem je organizační uspořádaní výrobního procesu podle jejich činností a navržen nový systém kalkulace pro jednici na bází vícestupňového příspěvku. Pro zajištění hladkého fungování procesu jsou v implementační fázi navržena opatření, která je třeba zajistit.
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the state of the production process management in Slévárna - ZPS, a.s. and suggest possible recommendations for increased management efficiency. The starting point is the analysis of the current state of the production process, together with the theory part. The proposal is belonging to a new organization structure of the production process which base on their activities and a new calculation system for cost unit, that is based on a multistage contribution method. For the smooth functioning of the process are suggested measures in implementation part of this thesis.
