Příprava zakázky ve veřejné soutěži a její finanční hodnocení

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je příprava veřejné zakázky a její finanční hodnocení, jak z praktického, tak teoretického hlediska. V teoretické části je vysvětlena legislativa týkající se veřejných zakázek pro lepší pochopení způsobu zadávání, průběhu a podmínek veřejné soutěže, ve které se vysoutěžila zakázka rozebíraná v praktické části. Mimo to je v teoretické části popsán průběh přípravy nabídky. V praktické části je pak popsán průběh přípravy v konkrétní firmě, která vybranou zakázku realizuje. Dále je přiblížena vybraná zakázka a je rozebírána její finanční stránka, jsou porovnány náklady kalkulované v nabídce s náklady po realizaci první etapy zakázky a na základě nich jsou vyvozeny předpokládané náklady celé stavby. Z toho je vyvozen finanční výsledek stavby, zda byla nabídka vhodně zkalkulovaná a doporučení do budoucna.The topic of the diploma thesis is the preparation of a public contract and its financial assessment, from a practical and a theoretical point of view. In the theoretical part the legislation regarding to public contracts is explained for a better understanding of the method of entering, the course and conditions of the public tender in which the contract discussed in the practical part was tendered. In additions, the course of a bid preparation is described in the theoretical part. Then the selected order is described in more details and its financial side is analyzed, the costs calculated in the offer are compared with the costs after the realization of the first stage of the order and the estimated costs of the entire construction are derived based on this.
