Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovým řízením. Cílem práce je teoreticky přiblížit projektové řízení a následně získané poznatky využít na konkrétní projekt - implementace softwaru v konkrétní firmě. Dělí se na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy projektového řízení, fáze životního cyklu projektu, metody projektového řízení, projektový tým a rizika projektu. Praktická část se zabývá vypracováním konkrétního projektu, který se uskutečnil v roce 2016, a jeho náplní byla implementace softwaru ve společnosti Dioptra, a. s.The bachelor thesis deals with project management. The objective of this work is to theoretically approach the project management of and subsequently acquired knowledge to use on a specific project - implementation of software in a particular business. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains the basic concepts of project management, phases of project life cycle, methods of project management, the project team and the risks of the project. The practical part deals with the elaboration of a specific project, which took place in the year 2016, and its purpose was implementation of the software in the company Dioptra, a. s.
