Technické systémy pro budovu s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie podle legislativních požadavků od 1. 1. 2022

Abstract

Od 1. ledna 2020 splňují všechny nové budovy legislativní standard, který se nazývá budova s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie (NZEB) a představuje určitá omezení především ve vztahu ke skladbě technických systémů budovy. Obecnou definici budovy s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie uvádí zákon 406/2000 Sb. prostřednictví obecné sdělení, že se jedná o budovu s velmi nízkou energetickou náročností, jejíž spotřeba energie by měla být ve značném rozsahu pokryta z obnovitelných zdrojů. Podmínky pro stanovení parametrických požadavků pro tento standard pak uvádí prováděcí vyhláška 264/2020 Sb., která definuje požadavky pro jednotlivé ukazatele energetické náročnosti. Předmětem příspěvku je porovnání řešení technických systémů v budově ve vztahu k novým legislativním požadavkům, které jsou platné od 1.1. 2022.From 1 January 2020, all new buildings will meet a legislative standard called Nearly Zero Energy Building (NZEB), which imposes certain restrictions, particularly in relation to the composition of the building's technical systems. The general definition of a near-zero energy building is provided by Act 406/2000 Coll. through the general statement that it is a building with very low energy consumption, whose energy consumption should be covered to a significant extent by renewable energy sources. The conditions for setting the parametric requirements for this standard are then set out in the implementing Decree 264/2020 Coll., which defines the requirements for the individual energy performance indicators. The subject of the paper is a comparison of the technical systems solutions in the building in relation to the new legislative requirements that are valid from 1 January 2022.
