Smíchovské předmostí železničního mostu v Praze – obytný komplex

Abstract

Obsahem této diplomové práce je architektonicko-stavební návrh souboru bytových objektů, nacházejících se v lokalitě Prahy - Smíchov. Umístění a hmotový koncept stavby vychází z urbanistického návrhu řešené oblasti předmostí železničního mostu na Smíchově, zpracované v rámci předdiplomního projektu. Tento projekt řešil koncept vytvoření pěší obytné lokality s návazností na okolí smíchovského nábřeží. Hmotové řešení částečně vychází z urbanistické koncepce, pouze dále je rozpracován do podrobnějšího návrhu jednotlivých bytových objektů s vlastním polosoukromým prostorem určeným pro jeho rezidenty.

The content of this diploma thesis is an architectural and construction design of a set of residential buildings located in the locality of Prague - Smíchov. The location and material concept of the building is based on the urban design of the solved area of the bridgehead of the railway bridge in Smíchov, elaborated within the framework of the undergraduate project. This project addressed the concept of creating a pedestrian residential area in connection with the surroundings of the Smíchov embankment. The material solution is partly based on the urban concept, only it is further elaborated into a more detailed design of individual residential buildings with their own semi-private space intended for its residents.
