Abstract
První část diplomové práce popisuje základní princip funkce bezhrotého broušení a jeho využití pro zkoumanou technologii pístní tyče zadního tlumiče osobního automobilu. Následuje rešerše současných technologických postupů a standardu firmy KYB Manufacturing Czech s.r.o. Druhá část práce se zabývá návrhem technologie z pohledu výrobku a stanovení volby bezhrotého broušení vzhledem k charakteristice výrobku. Dále pak rozsahem technologických podmínek, výkresovou dokumentací, charakteristikou požadovaných parametrů a v závěru vyhodnocením těchto charakteristik a hodnocením technologií.
First part of my diploma describes basic functions of unpointed grinding and it use for technology which has been examined of piston rod of rear shock absorber. It continues with research of current technological processes and standard of KYB Manufacturing Czech s.r.o. Second part deals with technological proposal from the view of product and determination the choice of unpointed grinding due to the product. It also deals with the range od technological conditions, drawing documentation, characteristics of required parametres and evaluation of these characteristics and technologies in the end.
