Abstract

Stavebně technologický projekt Bytový dům Troja Tato bakalářské práce se věnuje řešení stavebně technologického projektu Bytového domu Troja. Autor se zabývá prostorovou, technologickou i časovou strukturou výstavby objektu. Bakalářská práce obsahuje posouzení předané projektové dokumentace, technologické schéma rozdělení objektu, časový plán a operativní časoprostorový graf s nasazením pracovníků, strojů a materiálu, technickou zprávu a výkresy zařízení staveniště, technologický postup prací pro vrtané piloty a technologický postup prací pro obklady a dlažby. Cílem práce je navržení optimálního časového a technologického postupu stavebních procesů, minimalizování časových prodlev při nasazení ideálního počtu pracovníků. Dále projekt řeší jednotlivé fáze zařízení staveniště.Construction and Technological Project Troja Apartment Building The bachelor's thesis focuses on the construction and technological project of the Troja Apartment Building. The author examines the spatial, technological, and time structure of the building's construction. The thesis includes an assessment of the project documentation provided, a technological scheme for dividing the building, a time schedule, and an operational time-space diagram detailing the deployment of workers, machinery, and materials. Additionally, it contains a technical report, construction site layout drawing, a technological work procedure for drilled piles, and a technological work procedure for tiling and paving. The aim of the thesis is to design an optimal time and technological sequence of construction processes, minimizing time delays while ensuring the ideal number of workers is employed. Furthermore, the project addresses the different phases of construction site setup.
