Abstract
Cílem této práce je porovnat postup poskytovatelů zdravotnické záchranné služby při řešení mimořádných událostí s hromadným postižením osob. Výsledky šetření nejsou překvapivé. Postupy 14 poskytovatelů zdravotnické záchranné služby, kteří byli osloveni, při řešení mimořádných událostí s hromadným postižením osob se liší. Rozdíl je především v používaných systémech třídění postižených a užívané identifikační a třídicí karty. Výsledkem práce bude návrh na zvýšení efektivity postupu řešení mimořádných událostí s hromadným postižením osob Zdravotnické záchranné službě Plzeňského kraje.
The aim of this thesis is to present procedure of a emergency medical service providers in term of mass casualty incidents. The gained results are not surprising. Among 14 interviewed providers of emergency medical service in the Czech Republic there are differences in their mass casualty incidents solving procedures. Differences are especially in the use of classification system and identification and sorting cards. The aim of this thesis will be suggest to increase the effectiveness of procedure in term of mass casualty incidents for Emergency medical service of Pilsen region
