Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnocení sintrovaných cínových bronzů především z hlediska otěruvzdornosti a tvrdosti. Porovnávány byly bronzy s hmotnostním obsahem cínu 10, 15 a 20 % a cínový bronz s hmotnostním obsahem 10 % cínu a 10 % stříbra. Sintrovací podmínky byly voleny na základě doporučení výrobce prášků. Pro hodnocení bylo použito zkoušky pin-on-disk, měření tvrdosti dle Rockwella a metalografická analýza.
The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of sintered tin bronzes, especially in terms of wear resistance and hardness. Bronze with a tin content of 10, 15 and 20 % and tin bronze with a tin content of 10 % and 10 % silver were compared. The sintering conditions were chosen based on the powder manufacturer's recommendations. Pin-on-disk tests, Rockwell hardness measurements and metallographic analysis were used for evaluation.
