Technologie výroby kompozitních dílů s termoplastickou matricí

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem technologie výroby kompozitních vzorků z uhlíkové tkaniny a termoplastické matrice pro ověření mechanických vlastností. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní poznatky o uhlíkové výztuži, historické souvislosti a rozdělení uhlíkových vláken dnes používaných. Je popsána mikrostruktura uhlíkových vláken a shrnutí vlastností uhlíkových vláken. Dále jsou shrnuty poznatky o termoplastické matrici a její funkci v kompozitním materiálu. V praktické části se tato práce věnuje návrhu výroby zkušebních vzorků, jejich výrobou a ověření mechanických vlastností zkouškou tahem a následném zpracování naměřených hodnot.This thesis describes manufacturing technology of composites samples of carbon fiber and thermoplastic matrix to verify the mechanical properties. In the theoretical section the basic knowledge of the carbon reinforcement is described. Historical context and sorting of carbon fibers using today. It is described microstructure of carbon fibers and the summary of carbon fiber. A summary of the facts of the thermoplastic matrix and its function in the composite material. In the practical part, this work is focused on the design manufacture and testing of samples, their production and verification of the mechanical properties of tensile test and subsequent processing of the measured values.
