Investiční náklady výstavbových projektů v oblasti gastronomie

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku stanovování investičních nákladů výstavbových projektů se zaměřením na gastronomické projekty. Teoretický základ tvoří definice pojmu projekt, popis výstavbového projektu zahrnující jednotlivé jeho fáze, náklady životního cyklu a propočet investora. Hlavní část diplomové práce je věnována praktické části, která je členěna na několik úseků. První je věnován sběru dat, která poslouží k tvorbě nákladových skladebných ukazatelů. Vypočítané hodnoty budou použity při sestavení nástroje pro stanovení investičních nákladů, a to v úrovni celkové nové výstavby a v úrovni rekonstrukce.

The thesis is focused on determining investment costs of construction projects, with a focus on gastronomy projects. Project definition, constraction project with its life phase, life cycle costs, investor's costs calculation, are the theoretical basic sof the thesis. The main part of the thesis is devoted to the practical part, which is divided into several sections. The first one is focused on collection of data, which will be used to build cost indicators. The calculated values are used in the preparation of instruments for determining investments costs, in the overall level of new construction and reconstruction level.
