Návrh zkušebního zařízení pro realizaci Junkersova vibračního testu dle normy DIN 65151

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je Návrh zkušebního zařízení pro realizaci Junkerova vibračního testu dle normy DIN 65151. Úvod práce je věnován rešerši závitů, šroubových spojů, pojišťování šroubových spojů a dostupných norem pro vibrační testování šroubových spojů. V Práci je dále proveden konstrukční návrh zařízení obsahující 3D model, 2D sestavný výkres, pevnostní a kontrolní výpočty vybraných konstrukčních uzlů, výběr nakupovaných komponent, a hrubý cenový odhad nákladů za materiál a nakupované součásti.The aim of this thesis is to design a test rig for the implementation of the Junker vibration test according to DIN 65151. The introduction of the thesis is devoted to the research of threads, bolted connections, securing of bolted joints and available standards for vibration testing of bolted joints. The thesis also presents a design of the device including a 3D model, 2D assembly drawing, strength and control calculations of selected structural nodes, selection of purchased components, and rough cost estimates for materials and purchased components
