Abstract

ANOTACE Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v obci Zvěřínek a studie částečné rekonstrukce stávajícího objektu hostince. Pozemek je rozdělen na část veřejnou a soukromou. Kolem celého pozemku vedou veřejné komunikace. Pozemek je převážně rovinný a nachází se na něm vysoká zeleň, která je v projektu zachovaná. Projekt je řešen v souladu s návrhem venkovské architektury. Dům umístěn na terénu. Klasická sedlová střecha se sklonem 38 stupňů. Navržen krytý vstup- zápraží. Půdorys je obdélníkový, dělen na tři části. Hlavní vstup do domu je navržen ve střední části domu. Dispozice domu rovněž rozdělena na část veřejnou a soukromou. Veřejnou část tvoří východní mezonetová část domu, kde je umístěna v přízemí kuchyně s obývací částí a v prvním patře obývací pokoj. Soukromé části jsou v domě dvě. První soukromá část patří rodině a je umístěna v prvním patře. Druhá část slouží pro hosty a je přístupná ze zádveří domu v přízemí. Do návrhu jsou vneseny prvky moderní architektury, technologií a požadavky na bydlení ve 21. století. Celý návrh reaguje na historii místa- umístění a orientace domu, na orientaci světových stran- dispoziční návrh místností v domě, a na místo, kde se stavba nachází- venkovská architektura. Rodinný dům je umístěn na místě původní stodoly. Mezi rodinným domem a veřejnou budovou se nachází propojovací krček, který slouží jako sklad pro zahradní potřeby soukromé i veřejné části pozemku. Rekonstrukce veřejné části představuje především zbourání původního zázemí a vybudování nového. Původní veřejná stavba s restaurací byla ponechána. V domě přibyly další funkce- v přízemí knihovna a v prvním patře kulturní sál a sál na volnočasové sportovní aktivity.ABSTRACT The objective of this bachelor thesis is the design of the family house in vilage Zvěřínek and a study of the partial reconstruction of the existing inn building. The land is divided into public and private part. There are public roads around the whole plot. The land is mostly flat and there is high greenery, which is preserved in the project. The project is designed in accordance with the design of rural architecture. The house located on the ground. Classic gable roof with a slope of 38 degrees. Designed covered entrance - doorstep. The floor plan is rectangular, divided into three parts. The main entrance to the house is designed in the central part of the house. The layout of the house is also divided into public and private parts. The public part consists of the eastern duplex part of the house, where the kitchen with the living area is located on the ground floor and the living room on the first floor. There are two private parts in the house. The first private part belongs to the family and is located on the first floor. The second part is for guests and is accessible from the vestibule on the ground floor. Elements of modern architecture, technology and housing requirements of the 21st century were incorporated into the design. The whole design responds to the history of the place - the location and orientation of the house, to the orientation of the sides of the world - the layout of the rooms in the house, and to the place where the building is located - rural architecture. The family house id located in the place of the original barn. Between the family house and the public building there is a connecting neck, which serves as a warehouse for garden needs of the private and public part of the land. The reconstruction of the public part mainly includes the demolition of the original facilities and the construction of a new one. The original public building with a restaurant was left alone. Additional functions have been added to the house - a library on the ground floor and a cultural hall and a hall for leisure sports activities on the first floor.
