Fyzioterapie u pacientky s chronickou zánětlivou demyelinizační polyradikuloneuropatií a systémovým lupus erythematodes

Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je fyzioterapie u pacientky trpící chronickou zánětlivou demyelinizační polyradikuloneuropatií, která postihuje periferní nervový systém, a dalšími přidruženými nemocemi; systémový lupus erythematodes a systémová sklerodermie. V první kapitole – Současný stav, je krátce popsána anatomie nervového systému a popis všech onemocnění, kterými má pacientka trpí. Druhá kapitola – Metodika, je věnována popisu vyšetřovacích a terapeutických postupů následně využitých ve speciální části této bakalářské práce. Speciální část je vypracována formou kazuistiky, v níž je na základě vstupního vyšetření sestaven krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán a je zde popis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek. V kapitole Výsledky jsou na základě výstupního kineziologického vyšetření popsány výsledky terapie a jsou porovnány se vstupními hodnotami. V předposlední kapitole Diskuze je pojednáno o problematice dané diagnózy a závěrečná kapitola Závěr hodnotí dosažených cílů a zhodnocení efektivity sestavené terapie. Zdravotní stav pacientky se lehce zlepšil. Došlo ke zvýšení svalové síly převážně mimických svalů, ale i k celkovému navýšení kondice

The subject of my bacherol thesis is physiotherapy in a patient suffering from chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy affecting the periphernal nervous system and other associated diseases, systemic lupus erythematosus and systemic scleroderma. In the first chapter - Current status, the anatomy of the nervous system and a description of all the diseases from which the patient suffer are briefly described. The second chapter - Methodology, is devoted to a description of the examination and therapeutic procedures subsequently used in the special section of this bacherol thesis. The Special part is developed in the form of a case report, in which a short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan is drawn up on the basis of the initial examination and description of the individual therapeutic units is given. In the Results chapter, the results of the therapy are described on the basis of the initial kinesiological examination and are compared with the initial values. The Discussion chapter discusses the issues surrounding the diagnosis and the final chapter Conclusion, evaluates the goals achieved and assesses the effectiveness of the therapy. The patient's condition has improved slightly. There was an increase in muscle strength, mainly of the facial muscles, but also an overall increase in fitness.
