Kyberšikana na středním odborném učilišti

Abstract

V bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou kyberšikany na Středním odborném učilišti. Práce je teoreticko - empiricky zaměřená. V teoretické části je na základě odborné literatury představena problematika kyberšikany. Pozornost je věnována jejímu pojmu, formám, následkům a prevenci. Empirická část práce si klade za cíl zjistit a porovnat výskyt kyberšikany na středním odborném učilišti v krajském městě s výskytem kyberšikany na středním odborném učilišti v menším městě Plzeňského kraje. Šetření bylo provedeno dotazníkovou formou. K výsledkům výzkumu patří zjištění, že jak na SOU v krajském městě (Plzeň), tak na SOU na malém městě (Stod) se studenti s tímto jevem osobně setkali (terčem kyberšikany na SOU v Plzni se stalo 14 % a na SOU ve Stodě 20 % studentů). Studenti si zároveň uvědomují, že kyberšikana je nebezpečná. Také vyjadřují přesvědčení, že jsou o kyberšikaně dostatečně informováni a vědí, na koho se v obrátit o pomoc. Po srovnání a vyhodnocení výsledků dotazníkového šetření lze říci, že v odpovědích respondentů dvou středních odborných učilišť není významný rozdíl.

In the bachelor thesis I deal with problems of cyberbullying in the Secondary Vocational School. The thesis is theoretically and empirically oriented. In the theoretical part, the subject of cyberbullying is introduced on the basis of professional literature. Attention is paid to its concept, forms, consequences and prevention. The empirical part of the thesis aims to find out and compare the occurrence of cyberbullies in a secondary vocational school in a regional town with the presence of cyberbullying at a secondary vocational school in the smaller town of Pilsen region. The investigation was conducted in a questionnaire. The results of the research include the finding that both the school in the regional city (Pilsen) and the school in a small town (Stod) have personally encountered the phenomenon (the target of cyberbullies at school in Pilsen was 14% and at school in Stod 20 % of students). At the same time, students are aware that cyberbullying is dangerous. They also express the belief that they are sufficiently informed about cyberbullying and know who to turn to for help. After comparing and evaluating the results of the questionnaire survey, it can be said that there is no significant difference in respondents' answers from the two secondary vocational schools.
