Studie dopravy na průtahu města Osek

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce na téma Studie dopravy na průtahu městem Osek se zabývá popisem rizikových míst na dopravní infrastruktuře pozorované části obce a návrhem stavebních změn, které by přispěly k vyšší přehlednosti, snazší orientaci jak pro řidiče motorových vozidel, cyklistů i pěších, a tím zvýšení bezpečnosti pro všechny účastníky provozu na souvisejících komunikacích a k nim přilehlých prostorech. Předmětem této práce bylo analyzovat současný stav dopravy z hlediska bezpečnosti a stavebního uspořádání. Na nejrizikovějších místech z pohledu statistik Policie ČR byl proveden dopravní průzkum, v rámci kterého byly sledovány rizikové či konfliktní situace během celého dne v období od 1. 1. 2007 do 4. 3. 2019. Na základě informací vyhotovených Policií ČR, vlastním pozorováním autorky této diplomové práce a platných norem v České republice byl vytvořen návrh řešení, který povede ke zvýšení bezpečnosti provozu, a to vše s ohledem na současné technické podmínky v prostoru průtahu městem OsekThis thesis on the topic of Traffic Study of Trough Road in Town Osek is focused on description of the dangerous places on transport infrastructure of the main roads in town Osek and brings the proposal of the construction changes that would provide better clarity, easier orientation both for drivers, cyclists and pedestrians. Thanks to that the safety on related roads and nearby places will increase for all traffic participants.The aim of this work was to analyze the current condition of transport infrastructure in town Osek basicly in terms of safety and construction. The survey of this work monitored risk or conflict situationes in period from 1th January 2007 to 4th March 2019 at the most dangerous places which were selected from statistics issued by the Police of the Czech Republic. This work suggests solution that will increase traffic safety with regard on current technical condition of town Osek. In the study were used data from the Police of the Czech Republic, data from own observation and information from valid standards related to this issue.
