Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu s kanceláří architekta v oblasti Praha - Dubeč. Cílem práce bylo vytvoření návrh projektu na rodinný dům v rozsahu architektonické studie. Součástí zadání bylo zpracování vybrané technické dokumentace na úrovni stavebního povolení. Pozemek na rodinný dům se nachází na území hlavního města Prahy, katastrální území Dubeč. Koncept návrhu vychází ze současné zástavby území, které má vesnický charakter. Budova se snaží navázat na dva protichůdné směry hmot a vzájemně je sjednotit. Dům je navrhován pro manželský pár se dvěma dětmi.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a family house with an architect's office in the Prague - Dubeč area. The aim of the work was to create a project proposal for a family house in the scope of an architectural study. Part of the assignment was the processing of selected technical documentation at the level of the building permit. The land for a family house is located in the capital city of Prague, cadastral area Dubeč. The concept of the design is based on the current development of the area, which has a village character. The building tries to connect to two opposite directions of matter and unite them. The house is designed for a married couple with two children.
