Novostavba administrativní budovy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a vypracováním vybraných částí dokumentace pro stavební povolení pro Administrativní budovu v Humpolci. Zadáním práce byla architektonická studie administrativní budovy. Projekt obsahuje architektonicko-stavební část, konstrukčně-stavební část a koncepční část TZB. Budova má dvě nadzemní a jedno podzemní podlaží. Nosný konstrukční systém tvoří železobetonové stěny a sloupy s železobetonovými stropními deskami. Obvodový plášť tvoří kontaktní zateplovací systém. Objekt má plochou střechu s vegetační vrstvou.

The bachelor's thesis deals with design and elaboration of selected parts of the project documentation for the building permit of the Office building in Humpolec.
