Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem polo/automatického polohovacího systému pro filmování aktivací airbagů. Automatizací současného procesu manuálního nastavování kamer, dojde ke zvýšení kvality a produktivity airbagových aktivačních zkoušek. Teoretické části práce jsou zaměřeny na airbagové systémy, používané v osobních automobilech, jejich konstrukci a druhy. Dále je objasněna legislativa a způsob testování airbagových modulů. V praktické části jsou v airbagové zkušebně TÜV SÜD stanoveny technické požadavky na polohovací kamerový systém. Pro airbagovou zkušebnu jsou zpracovány a následně představeny různé návrhy polohovacího kamerového systému. Vytvořené návrhy jsou vyhodnoceny a je zvolen nejvhodnější. Vybraný návrh tvoří soustava pevně umístěných základen, kde na každé takové základně je umístěna polohovací platforma pro jednu snímací kameru. Pohybem platforem je nastavována poloha a úhel kamer. Tento návrh je následně detailněji zpracován a je stanovena mechanická konstrukce systému.

This Diploma Thesis deals with the design of a semi / automatic positioning camera system for filming airbag activations. By automating the current process of manually adjusting the cameras, the quality and productivity of airbag activation tests will increase. The theoretical parts of the Thesis are focused on airbag systems used in passenger cars, their construction and types. Furthermore, the standards and the methods testing of airbag modules are clarified. In the practical part, the technical requirements for the positioning camera system are set in the TÜV SÜD airbag test room. Various designs of the positioning camera system are processed and presented for the airbag test room. The created proposals are evaluated and the most suitable one is chosen. The selected design includes of a set of fixed bases, where positioning platform for one scanning camera is placed on each such base. The position and angle of the cameras are set by moving the platforms. This design is then elaborated in more detail and the mechanical construction of the system is determined.
