Terapeutické využití laseru u pacientů s periferní parézou n. facialis

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením terapeutického efektu léčebného postupu u pacientů s periferní parézou n. facialis s využitím vysokovýkonné laserové terapie. Cílem práce je porovnání efektu doby rekonvalescence jednotlivých metod vůči sobě formou komparační studie. Teoretická část tvoří stručný přehled o anatomii inervační oblasti sedmého hlavového nervu, zaměřuje na etiologii, epidemiologii se zevními faktory a klasifikaci periferních paréz nervu facialis. Součástí přehledu současného stavu problematiky jsou také uvedeny možnosti terapeutických intervencí a doporučené léčebné postupy vycházející z tuzemské i zahraniční odborné literatury. V metodické části je popis diagnostického postupu a zvolených terapeutických metodik, které jsou následně aplikovány na dva charakterizované soubory pacientů, což je následně popisováno v praktické části práce. Vyhodnocení efektu terapie je posuzováno z hlediska kvalitativních i kvantitativních dat získaných z hodnocení Svalového testu dle Jandy a subjektivního hodnocení pacientů. Výsledky této práce jsou následně porovnávány a diskutovány s klinickými daty odborných studií zahraničních autorů získaných literární rešerší.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the therapeutic effect of the treatment procedure in patients with peripheral paresis of the facial nerve using high-power laser therapy. The aim of this work is to compare the effect of convalescence time of individual methods against each other in the form of a comparative study. The theoretical part is a brief overview of the anatomy of the innervation area of the seventh major nerve, focusing on the etiology, epidemiology and external factors and the classification of peripheral paresis of the facial nerve. Part of the overview of the current state are the problems with listing the possibilities of therapeutic interventions and recommended treatment procedures based on domestic and foreign professional literature. The methodological part describes the diagnostic procedure and selected therapeutic methods, which are then applied to two characterized groups of patients, which is then described in the practical part of the work. Evaluation of the effect of therapy is assessed in terms of qualitative as well as quantitative data obtained from the evaluation of the Svalový test prof. Jandy and the subjective evaluation of patients. The results of this work are then compared and discussed with clinical data of professional studies of foreign authors obtained by literature search.
