Vliv fyzioterapie u plochonoží

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je porovnání efektivity terapie plochonoží dospělé populace, a to postupy analytickými a metodami na neurofyziologickém podkladu. Dále je zde kladena otázka, zda je vůbec možné v dospělém věku výrazných efektů docílit. Kvůli aktuální pandemické situaci je zde také zvažován telerehabilitační postup jako alternativa ke klasické kontaktní terapii. V teoretické části je popsána základní anatomie, fyziologie a patologie dané problematiky. Dále je zde uveden vývoj nohy, funkce klenby nohy a její vliv na další struktury v těle. V závěru teoretické části jsou uvedeny možnosti vyšetření plochonoží a jeho terapie obecně. V metodologické části jsou uvedeny vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy, které byly aplikovány při terapiích. Speciální část se zabývá vstupním a závěrečným kineziologickým vyšetřením 10 probandů s lékařsky indikovaným plochonožím, krátkodobým a dlouhodobým terapeutickým plánem, vypracovaným za základě vstupního vyšetření. Dále je zde uveden průběh terapií a jejich závěrečné hodnocení terapeutem a probandy. Výsledky jsou zpracovány a porovnány. Z práce vychází, že terapie na neurofyziologickém pokladu byla efektivnější, než analytické postupy. V diskusi jsou pak porovnány výsledky s obdobnými pracemi na dané téma a jejich kritické zhodnocení. Závěr pak shrnuje výsledky a přínos této bakalářské práce.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is a comparison of the effectiveness of treatment strategies for flat feet in the adult population using analytical procedures and methods based on neurophysiology. The author also asks whether it is at all possible to achieve significant results in adulthood. Due to the current pandemic situation, a telerehabilitation procedure was also considered here as an alternative to conventional contact therapy. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic anatomy, physiology and pathology of the given problem, as well as explaining the development of the foot, the function of the arch of the foot and its impact on other structures in the body. The theoretical part concludes by presenting options for the examination (diagnosis) of flat feet and their treatment. The methodological part of the paper then lists the examination and therapeutic procedures that were applied during treatment. The special part of the thesis deals with the initial and final kinesiological examination of 10 probands with medically indicated flat feet and their short-term and long-term treatment plan, developed on the basis of their initial examination. The course of individual treatments and their final evaluation by the therapist and probands is then presented. The results are processed and compared. Outcome of the thesisis says that neurophysical procedures are more effective than analytical therapy. The discussion then compares the results with similar work on this topic, together with their critical evaluation. The conclusion then summarises the results and benefits of this bachelor's thesis.
