Fyzioterapie u pacienta s cystickou fibrózou

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití fyzioterapie u pacienta s cystickou fibrózou. Práce je zpracována formou kazuistiky. Teoretická část zahrnuje etiologii cystické fibrózy, dále její epidemiologii, patofyziologii, diagnostiku, klinický obraz, informace týkající se mikrobiologie a terapii obecně. Dále obsahuje stručnou anatomii a fyziologii týkající se dýchací a trávicí soustavy člověka. V metodice jsou uvedeny vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody, které jsem u svého pacienta využívala. Speciální část je věnována anamnéze a vstupnímu kineziologickému rozboru. Dle vstupního vyšetření je stanoven krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. Jsou zde popsány konkrétní techniky a jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky, které jsem na pacientovi aplikovala. V závěru speciální části jsou zaznamenány výsledky s výstupním kineziologickým rozborem, dle kterých je vyhodnocen průběh terapie a její přínos. Je zde uvedeno, že u mého pacienta došlo ke zlepšení dechových funkcí, ke zlepšení pružnosti hrudníku a k lehké korekci vadného držení těla. V diskuzi je popsán výsledek terapie a probrání problematiky cystické fibrózy z širšího hlediska. V závěru je popsán souhrn stanovených cílů práce.

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the use of physiotherapy in the treatment of a patient with cystic fibrosis disease. The thesis is processed and presented in the form of patient case study. The theoretical part includes the etiology of cystic fibrosis, as well as its epidemiology, pathophysiology, diagnosis, clinical picture, information related to microbiology and therapy in general. The anatomy and physiology of the human respiratory and the digestive system is briefly described as well. The methodology lists the examination and therapeutic methods that I applied to treat my patient. The special part is focused to the anamnesis and initial kinesiological analysis. Based on the initial examination, a short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan is set. There are described specific techniques and individual therapeutic units that I applied to the patient. At the end of the special part, the results with the output kinesiological analysis are presented, based on the sethe course of therapy and its benefit to the patient are evaluated. Significant improvements in the patient's respiratory functions, improved chest flexibility and a slight correction of bad posture are noted there as a result of half-year therapy. The discussion includes a description of the therapy outcomes and also discusses the issue of cystic fibrosis disease from a broader perspective. At the conclusion, a summary of the thesis set goals is described.
