Analýza a evaluace účasti AČR v zahraničních operacích

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce bude analýza a evaluace účasti Armády České republiky (AČR) ve vojenských zahraničních operacích. Cílem práce bude analyzovat účast AČR při nejdůležitějších vojenských operacích v Afghánistánu a jejich evaluace z hlediska financování misí a ztrát vyplývajících z nasazení vojáků v zahraničí. V teoretické části bude obsažena charakteristika a přehled mezinárodních operací, kterých se AČR účastní. Budou představeny a charakterizovány jednotky působící v mezinárodních operacích, jejich specializace a způsob přípravy vojáků pro nasazení. Praktická část se bude zabývat analytickým popisem nejdůležitějších vojenských operací Armády České republiky v Afghánistánu, jejich historie, důvody vzniku a patronace. Následně bude provedena analýza a evaluace těchto operací vzhledem k plněným úkolům, finanční náročnosti nasazení a ztrát vyplývajících z nasazení vojáků v zahraničí.

The thesis will contain an analysis of the participation of the Czech Armed Forces (CAF) in overseas military operations. The aim of the thesis will be to analyse the CAF's participation in the most important military operations in Afghanistan and to evaluate them from the aspect of financing missions and losses resulting from deployment of soldiers in Afghanistan. The theoretical part will offer a characterisation and overview of the international operations in which the CAF participates. There will be a presentation and characterisation of the units active in international operations, their specialisations and the method for preparing soldiers for deployment. The practical part will offer an analytical description of the most important military operations of the Czech Armed Forces in Afghanistan, their history, reasons why they were initiated and patronage. This will be followed by an analysis and evaluation of these operations with regard to the fulfilled goals, financial demands of deployment and losses resulting from overseas deployments of soldiers.
