Faktory ovlivňující sucho a prevence před suchem v regionu Chomutov

Abstract

Předmětem práce je zkoumat a zjistit, jaké jsou faktory ovlivňující sucho v chomutovském regionu, která opatření byla v posledních letech implementována a dále jaká je úroveň prevence. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy problematiky sucha a možné rozdělení forem sucha. Součástí teoretické části je také související legislativa a dokumenty. Dále se práce zabývá ničivými dopady sucha v zemědělství, lesnictví, hydrologii a vodním hospodářství. Je zde popsána geografie regionu Chomutov, hydrologické a klimatické poměry. V poslední kapitole teoretické části jsou popsány faktory ovlivňující sucho v regionu Chomutov. V praktické části jsou zpracovány rozhovory, které byly poskytnuty zástupci několika vybraných obcí Krušnohoří a Podkrušnohoří o problematice sucha, prevence a opatření. Dále jsou zde statisticky zpracovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření týkajícího se klíčových otázek problematiky sucha, které bylo určeno pro místní obyvatele (200 respondentů). V diskuzi jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky praktické části, které přinášejí aktuální pohled na problematiku působení sucha v chomutovském regionu, jak z pohledu místních obyvatel, tak vybraných obcí. Jsou navržena opatření, možnosti prevence a využití dotaci. Zároveň je diskutováno splnění vytyčených cílů bakalářské práce.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to examine and find out what are the factors influencing drought in the Chomutov region, which measures have been implemented in recent years and what is the level of prevention. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of drought and the possible division of forms of drought. The theoretical part also includes related legislation and documents. The work deals with the devastating effects of drought in agriculture, forestry, hydrology and water management. The geography of the Chomutov region, hydrological and climatic conditions are described here. The last chapter of the theoretical part discloses the factors influencing drought in the Chomutov region. In the practical part, interviews are processed, which were provided by the representatives of several selected municipalities of the Krušnohoří and the Podkrušnohoří on the issue of drought, prevention and measures. Furthermore, the results of a questionnaire survey concerning key issues of drought, which was intended for local residents (200 respondents), are statistically processed here. The discussion evaluates the results of the practical part, which provides a current view of the issue of drought in the Chomutov region, both from the perspective of local residents and selected municipalities. There are proposed measures, prevention options and the use of subsidies. At the same time, the fulfillment of the set goals of the bachelor's thesis is discussed.
