Bachelor thesis deals with physiotherapy of women with stress incontinence. The chapter „current status“ is described the anatomy of the urinary tract, female reproductive system, pelvic floor, and also physiology of micturition. Furthermore, it describes the problem of incontinence and its conservative and surgical solution. The methodology chapter is devoted to the examinations and therapeutic procedures used in the practical part. The special part is made of 10 case studies of women between the ages of 39 and 66, who have issues with urine leakage. Each case study contains an examination, rehabilitation plan, therapy record, and final examination. Probands are divided into two groups, where the first group undergoes active exercises on a neurophysiological basis, while the second is only a control group. At the end of the work, the results of the observed time are presented and the effects of therapy are summarized. The results show, that in the first group, the therapy had a positive influence not only on the urinary leakage but also on their overall health, while the other group remained in the same or worse condition.
