Vliv hmotnostního podílu vrstvy na bázi síranu zinečnatého na svařovací parametry a opotřebení elektrod při odporovém svařování

Abstract

Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou části. V první části se zaměřuje na popis problematiky odporového bodového svařování v automobilovém průmyslu a popisem povrchových úprav, které jsou v dnešní době používány na výrobu karoserie automobilu. V druhé části se diplomová práce zaměřuje na experimentální část. Experimentální část práce se zaměřuje na to, zda speciální vrstva na bázi síranu zinečnatého ocelových pozinkovaných plechů ovlivňuje svařovací proces a zda se s rostoucím obsahem S v povlaku mění naměřené parametry. Příprava materiálů a svaření všech vzorků proběhlo v laboratoři odporového bodového svařování ČVUT v Praze. Následné provedené zkoušky proběhly na fakultě strojní ČVUT v Praze.

This diploma thesis has been completed from two parts. In the firts part the thesis is dedicated to resistance spot welding at automotive industry and description of surface treatments that are used for the production of the bodywork in the automotive industry nowadays. In the second part the diploma thesis focuses on the expeimental part. The experimental part of the work focuses on whether the special layer based on the zinc sulphate layer galvanized steel sheets affects the welding process and whether the measured parameters change with increasing S content in the coating. The preparation of materials and welding of all samples took place in the laboratory of resistance spot welding at CTU in Prague. Other tests took place at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering CTU in Prague.
