Analýza zakázek malého výrobního podniku pro možné rozhodování o jeho dalším rozvoji

Abstract

Cílem práce je analýza zakázek malého výrobního podniku pro možné rozhodování o jeho dalším vývoji. Teoretická část práce se zabývá pojmem business intelligence, jeho charakteristikou, představením základním principů a komponent a formami jejího řešení. Praktická část obsahuje představení podniku, popis postupu při práci a poté samotnou analýzu zakázek. V návrhové části jsou použity výstupy analýzy k diskuzi na téma možného rozvoje podniku.

The objective of the thesis is to analyze the orders of a small manufacturing company for possible decisions about its further development. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the concept of business intelligence, its characteristics, introduction of basic principles and components and forms of its solution. The practical part contains a presentation of the company, a description of the work process and then the analysis of orders. In the proposition part, the outputs of the analysis are used to discuss the topic of possible company development.
