Finanční a nefinanční analýza vybraných podniků v odvětví pivovarnictví

Abstract

Teoretická část diplomové práce popisuje finanční a nefinanční analýzu podniku, její principy, východiska a interpretaci získaných výsledků. Jsou zde popsány zdroje informací, ze kterých je čerpáno pro sestavení analýzy prostředí, ve kterém se podnik nachází a podniku samotného. Jelikož je podstatou práce posouzení situace zvolených podniků, nechybí zde ani průřez vybranými finančními ukazateli a metodami hodnocení. Na tyto ukazatele navazují metody nefinanční analýzy, po nichž práce popisuje nástroje Business Intelligence a rozhraní softwaru Microsoft Power BI, pomocí kterého jsou data zpracována v praktické části. Samotná praktická část se zabývá uplatněním podkladů z teoretické části na analýzu čtyř vybraných pivovarnických podniků, stanovení jejich výkonnosti a ekonomické situace. Získané poznatky pak v závěru práce slouží k mezipodnikovému porovnání.

The theoretical part of diploma thesis describes financial and non-financial analysis of the company, its principles, resources and interpretation of results. It describes sources of information from which it is drawn on to create an analysis of the environment in which the company is located and the company itself. Due to the topic of this thesis there is also a cross-section of selected financial indicators and evaluation methods. These indicators are followed by methods of non-financial analysis, after which the thesis describes the tools of Business Intelligence and the interface of Microsoft Power BI software, which is used in the practical part. The practical part itsel deals with the application of information from the theoretical part to analyse four selected brewing companies, determining their performance and economic situation. The acquired knowledge is then used at the end of the work for intercompany comparsion.
