Mechanická odezva kryoprezervovaných žil zatěžovaných dynamicky vnitřním tlakem.

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá mechanickými vlastnostmi čerstvých a kryoprezervovaných úseků veny sapheny magny. V rámci práce jsou analyzovány výsledky inflačně-extenzních testů provedených na čerstvých a kryoprezervovaných žilách. Hodnocen je vliv kryoprezervace, rychlosti rozmrazení a rychlosti zatěžování na jejich mechanickou odezvu. Mechanická charakterizace zkoumaných vén je provedena pomocí matematického modelování s využitím konstitutivních vztahů hyperelasticity při uvažování vzorků jako tlustostěnných nestlačitelných trubic.

This master’s thesis deals with mechanical properities of fresh and cryopreserved saphenous veins. Results of inflation-extension tests of both fresh and cryopreserved veins are analyzed. The aim of the thesis is to assess whether mechanical response of saphenous veins is influenced by the cryopreservation protocol, thawing rate or loading rate. The mechanical characterisation of the veins is achieved by means of mathematical modeling, using hyperelastic constitutive relations and considering the tested samples to be thick-walled, incompressible cylindrical tubes.
