Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby rodinného domu v Praze-Kyjích. Práce obsahuje architektonickou studii a stavebně technickou část. Pozemek pro výstavbu RD se nachází v lokalitě se zástavbou rodinných domů s charakterem zahradního města. Výhodou zadané parcely je dobrá dostupnost do centra Prahy. Pozemek je rovinatý až mírně svažitý směrem k severu. Návrh svým tvarem reaguje na umístění parcely na nároží. Snaží se komunikovat s přilehlými ulicemi a zároveň vytváří soukromou pobytovou zahradu v jižní částí pozemku. Dominantou domu je skleník, který je umístěn ve druhém podlaží severní části domu a slouží tak k přirozené reprezentaci majitele.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a new family house in Praha-Kyje. My work consist of a architectural study, and a structural technical study. The place, where the designed family house will be built, is located in a area specifi ed for family houses with characteristics of a garden town. The advantage of given land is good availability of Prague centrum. The land is fl at with mild incline to the north. Shape of the designed house responds to the site placement on the corner. It communicates with adjacent streets and creates private garden in the southern part of the lot. Glasshouse, the dominant of the house, is located on the second fl oor in northern part and naturally represents the owner of the house.
