Rodinný dům

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na řešení rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v pražské části Ruzyně v návaznosti na ulici Stochovská. Práce obsahuje architektonickou studii a stavebně technickou část. Zadaná parcela se nachází v blízkosti přírodní památky Obora Hvězda a nabízí tak výhled na střechu letohrádku. Návrh domu vychází z orientace pozemku ke světovým stranám a požadovaným odstupům od okolní zástavby. Spodní hmota objektu reaguje na výšku sousedního domu na západní straně a svým tvarem vytváří určitou bariéru, která umožňuje vznik soukromí v místě terasy. Horní hmota na stejné světové straně ustupuje, aby bylo dosaženo požadovaného odstupu. Jednou z hlavních dispozičních myšlenek byla možnost průchodu skrz dům, aniž by vznikala nutnost procházet obytným prostorem.

Bachelor’s thesis is focused on the design of a family house for a family of four in the Prague part of Ruzyně in connection with Stochovská Street. The work contains an architectural study and a construction-technical part. The plot is located near the natural monument of Obora Hvězda and offers a view of the roof of the Star Villa. The design of the house is based on the orientation of the land to the sides of the world and the required distances from the surrounding buildings. The lower mass is affected by the height of the house on the west side and its shape creates certain barrier that allows the creation of privacy in the terrace. The upper mass recedes on the same side of the world to allow a required distance from the land border. One of the main layout ideas was the possibility of passing through the house, no one would have to go through the living space.
