Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením návratnosti investice do obvodových konstrukcí rodinného domu se záměrem snížení nákladů na vytápění. Za tímto účelem jsou navrženy materiálové varianty obálky budovy lišící se tepelnými vlastnostmi, které jsou oceněny pomocí cenové soustavy. Následně je spočítána roční potřeba tepla a náklady na vytápění pro všechny varianty. V závěru práce jsou u každé z variant porovnány investiční výdaje s předpokládanými úsporami za vytápění a je navrženo nejoptimálnější řešení zohledňující návratnost vložených finančních prostředků.

This bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the return on investment in the perimeter structures of the house with the intention of reducing heating costs. Material variants of the building envelope differing in thermal characteristics are designed and are valued using a price indicators. The annual heat demand and heating costs for all variants are then calculated. At the end of the work, for each of the options, the investment expenditure is compared with the expected savings for heating and the most optimal solution is proposed, considering the return on funds invested.
