Štúdia navrhuje funkčné a priestorové riešenie brownfieldu nachádzajucého sa na severe Košic. Územie sa nachádza v oblasti, ktoré je vymedzené riekou Hornád zo západnej strany a železničnou traťou z východnej strany. The study proposes a functional and spatial solution of a brownfield located in the north of Košice. The area is located in the area, which is defined by the river Hornád on the west side and the railway line on the east side.
