Abstract

Cílem práce je provést finanční analýzu a následně zhodnotit finanční zdraví a stabilitu společnosti Kofola a.s. Obsah práce je rozdělen na teoretickou část a praktickou část. První část se zabývá finanční analýzou obecně, jejím významem, uživateli finanční analýzy a vstupními informacemi k finanční analýze. Následují metody finanční analýzy, které obsahují výčet ukazatelů pro zhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku s ohledem na porovnání s odvětvím. V praktické části je uvedena charakteristika společnosti, následuje analýza současného stavu pomocí metod finanční analýzy za období 2015 až 2019, kde se výsledné hodnoty porovnávají s hodnotami v nápojovém průmyslu. Nakonec je uvedeno doporučení a shrnuty závěry o zjištěných faktech.

The aim of this thesis is to make a financial analysis and then evaluate the financial health and stability of the company Kofola Plc. The content of this thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The first part follows up financial analysis in general, the importance of it, users of financial analysis and input information for the financial analysis. The following are the methods of the financial analysis, which contain enumeration of ratios for evaluation of the company’s financial health compared with the industry. The practical part describes the characteristics of the company followed by an analysis of the current state by using methods of financial analysis for the period 2015 to 2019, where the resulting numbers are compared with numbers in the beverage industry. In conclusion there are mentioned recommendations and summarized conclusions about discovered facts.
